This Wange architectural set recreates Hanshan Temple, an iconic Buddhist sanctuary nestled in Suzhou with roots extending to the Southern Liang Dynasty (502-557 AD). The temple earned its name from the revered monk-poet Hanshan, who served as abbot during the Tang Dynasty (627-649 AD). Despite centuries of fires and reconstructions, the structure has endured, with its present-day architecture predominantly reflecting Qing Dynasty design (1644–1911) alongside modern elements such as the 1995 Puming Pagoda.
