Refund Policy
Returns:
Our return policy is good for 30 days from the date the order was received. Unfortunately, after 30 days from the arrival of your order, we can not accept returns.
For pre order items, the 30 day return window will apply once you have received your order.
For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. The item must be in its original packaging with all parts bags still sealed and in new condition.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method.
In the event of missing parts, the missing parts will be shipped to you at our expense. Once replacement parts have been sent out for an item, that item is no longer eligible for an exchange or refund.
Refunds:
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email and a refund if the return meets the criteria above.
Once the refund is issued, you should see it back to your original form of payment in 5-7 business days.
