What kind of quality can I expect from your products?
We stand behind the quality of all the sets we sell. All the manufactures we sell have high quality standards that aline with our standards. We have already built and tested sets from all manufactures we stock.
Do your models come in the original packaging?
All of our sets come sealed in the original manufactures box. we don't repackage or ship lose bags in bubble wrap.
Do your sets come with a paper manual?
All sets we sell include a paper manual. You won't have to worry about searching online to find the manual for any set you receive from us.
I'm missing parts, what can I do?
In the rare event you are missing pieces, use our contact form to request the missing pieces. We will quickly have the missing pieces shipped to you at our expense.
Are your blocks compatible with other brands of building blocks?
All of our sets are compatible with all major brands of building blocks including Lego

How long until my order ships?
All orders ship within 24 hours. For orders placed on weekends and holidays, your order will ship first thing on the next business day
How long will it take to receive my order?
For most customers in the USA, you will receive your order in 2-3 business days from shipment.
Are your products drop shipped?
We don't dropship any products. If the item is in stock on our website, it is in stock in our warehouse.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.
My tracking number isn't working.
If you just received your tracking number, it can take several hours before it is active.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns on unwanted purchases?
Of course! You have up to 30 days from receiving your order to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new, unused condition. All parts bags must be sealed and in new condition as well as the product still sealed in the original box.
I've change my mind, can I cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn't arrive with the shipping company yet, we can cancel the order. Once the order has been picked up by the shipper, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order
Who is responsible for return shipping?
If we accidentally sent the incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping. If you decided to change your mind about an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Are there any fees I should be aware of when receiving a refund?
No! We don't charge any restocking fees. As long as the item was returned in new, unopened condition, a full refund will be issued.
